While we understand that keeping your property occupied is critical to your income, we also understand that finding the right calibre of tenant is even more important to ensure your property’s long-term viability.

As specialist property managers we also recognise that we have a dual responsibility to both landlords and tenants in offering the highest level of service. Lower properties-per-manager ratio means better service for you.
At Focus we have much smaller ratio of clients-per-property manager – this enables us to provide a higher level of detailed service compared to most of the bigger management companies. We don’t aim to be the ‘biggest’ – we just aim to be the best.
Our fee structure : competitive and simple: all inclusive @ 7%
A fee structure for property management should be simple and easy to understand. Also, we won’t charge you additional fees for basic services that are included in our responsibilities as property managers. This means that we don’t charge additional fees for postage, administration, property inspections, maintenance commissions or re-letting of properties.
Long term property management is our goal.
Your property is probably purchased with a long-term investment strategy in mind. This means that your property manager should also be willing and able to take a long-term management approach and assist you with your investment objectives.
In-house maintenance services save time and money.
Property maintenance issues can be time consuming and costly to deal with – this may even be the case even for small maintenance issues. We offer a comprehensive maintenance service by managing small maintenance issues ourselves, this means we ultimately save money for clients, and time for tenants. Maintenance services can range from gardening to cleaning to general repairs and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. More complex maintenance requirements will be managed by us and outsourced to our qualified tradespeople.
